Good morning , I made a SIM plan on the 31st of May , since then I have had no more peace , every 15 days you are discounting the invoice with absurd amounts that I did not contract , I want my refund and that they fix this or urgently cancel

We'll do our best to help, but I'm not completely clear on what's happening from reading your post. Have you been able to view your bill on your My3? Is it a case that your monthly cost is different from what you signed up to, or are there extra charges on the bill that you weren't expecting?

If you can let us know a bit more detail then we'll be best placed to help.
