Porting Issues

I am having issues with porting over my number from EE. I picked up the phone on Thursday and was told it would be completed on the day. I waited till Friday, however, it was still not complete. I spoke to Three in-line who advised it would be done by midnight, however, this was not completed. It is now Saturday and Online Chat have advised that it will be Monday 31st at the earliest. Why is this taking so long? I have no service, meaning I can’t access any texts or calls, as well as data.

Hi @Ben_Stuart,

I'm sorry for the delay in picking up on your post. Has your port completed in the meantime? If not, can you help me understand in a bit more detail, is the EE SIM still active, or has the port went through partially, for example is it a case that you can make calls/texts but not receive them?

If you let me know what services are affected then I'll hopefully be able to point you in the right direction.
