Second Monthly SIM card not working

I bought a two pack of monthly sim cards that are already paid for. The first one worked but the second one doesn't. It keeps saying "you may be out of data from free" and I had to manually imput the new number in the three app which still does not work and the 10gb of data does not appear. Nonetheless, I can't log into my account from any browser because it still has the old number from my previous monthly sim linked to it and so I don't get any log in codes. I tried switching all of my settings in my phone and still it doesn't work.
