Hi, I was late paying my bill, services were suspended, Paid overdue amount at 6am this morning, my services (calls & internet) not working, I know it says up to 24hrs but it never takes that long. I rang three they say balance has been cleared no restrictions on there system there end and don't know what to advise (yes the advisor said that)
I have taken sim out, switched off phone, tried searching for 5g via settings, turned off mobile data etc.
Anyone have suggestions before I lose my rag with the unhelpful staff, I have 4 contracts with 3 all due up in November...

Thanks for getting in touch, and we understand it's an inconvenience for your services to remain suspended.
Can you please confirm if your services have been reactivated yet? Did you receive an SMS to advise that they should be reactivated?
