Since 09/02/2025 myself and numerous work colleagues have had very limited service in Heathfield, Devon area. The signal is very poor in and out of buildings. Normally the signal and speed is very good. Are there any issues in the area?? Or will we be swapping to EE as the signal seems perfect.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with the connection there. To find out if there's issues within a specific area, you can enter your details on the Service Status page. It'll hopefully give some indications of what's going on. Alternatively, you can reach out to the Support Team where it cant be looked into further for you.
