I'm currently being charged for a phone I never purchased!!!! Pretty sure this is illegal
Keep getting cut off when I try to sort this mess out, The worst customer service I've ever know.

We're really concerned to hear this has happened, and we do need to have this reported and investigated with our Fraud team. Are you getting cut off when calling us?
We do have other ways you can get in touch with the Support Team, like webchat. If you go to webchat you can type 'speak with agent', and you'll be passed to one of our members who'll look into this.

If you’ve not purchased a phone from Three then as bad as customer service can be at times it ought to be easy to prove it to be so. That may sound obvious but then it should be. If no luck make a complaint via the Three homepage.
