Sim upgrade

I have been with three a long time, I had unlimited everything, then I was advised I am only using 4-5 gigs a month so I moved to sim only 12 gigs which is plenty but every month I am getting near to my limit. My data ran out a couple of days ago so I upgraded my sim to light 24 on the orders it says it’s been confirmed but how long does it take, it’s been three days.

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you were hitting your limit each month - you can always manage this through the app if you've got access. Did you upgrade online? Have you had any info about delivery or dispatch?
