Is this the same location we've discussed in the past? It looks like there was some maintenance being carried out over the last couple of days, but this should be completed. Are you seeing any improvements since posting?

I agree it’s annoying not getting even a rough idea of when things will be sorted. You could try calling 333 tech support and ask them if they have any info but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
