Suddenly only getting E network in Greece

Hi

my daughter’s in Greece - roaming was working perfectly.  
Now she’s only getting E networks - so she has data, but the bitrate is very low.

Roaming is enabled on the phone.  The account has the active roaming pack.

she’s tried both auto and manual network selection - but still stuck on E.  Also rebooted phone multiple times.

there’s definitely a 5g service as all her friends are accessing it with no issue.

any ideas?

Hey there.

I'm sorry to hear that your daughters having these issues with connection while roaming.

Could you possibly ask her to try resetting the APN and network settings? Another option would be to test her SIM in another phone to double check if the issue is actually with the signal or the phone? 

You've mentioned other people are present and have a better connection. Are they also roaming from Three?

If the issue does persist, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer support team.
