How do i remove a blue banner with the words only the account holder can do this I can’t get into my three app and use my billing options and more. Please can someone help?

That doesn't look right. Have you ever had access to your online account, or has this banner appeared ever since you joined Three and registered with My3?
Did you leave Three previously, and return with the same number?
We may need to make some backend changes with your account registration. Please have a chat with Customer Services, who can look at supporting you with this.
