Thanks @NigelHawk, I've checked into this with some colleagues and that does match with official communications we're sending out. If you were sent that text and email it should direct you to a form on three.co.uk to claim the phone

Thanks,
Jonathan

New mobile phone arrived today. Very pleased indeed. The Moto g 04 is a great device and easy to use.. well done THREE. Very happy as my old mobile was broken and unusable. Many Thanks.

Hi @NigelHawk,

Are you able to share the precise wording of the text and/or email you received? And also the email address it was sent from? We've never had a 2G network at Three, it's the 3G network that's being switched off, but if you can share what has been said, and where it's come from, we'll be able to investigate further.

Thanks,
Jonathan

I received a similar email and am also here to confirm it's legit.

I will ring the main shop and ask what they know about the offer. I just realised I will need a nano card for the newer mobile phones so can ask about the SIM card at the same time.
