My network has been terrible this whole past month I’ve topped up twice on one month I’m disabled and don’t work and can’t top up but feel like I was kind of robbed as my network hardly loaded all of December and I struggle to find a number to speak to someone and I can’t use internet as I dnt have any does anyone have a number or a contact I could use if possible please thanks

You can call 333 from your phone, or 0333 338 1001 from any other phone, if you can't access the webchat option online.
