why does my pay as you sim has no 15£ credit?

Did you make a £15 top-up but don't see it in your balance? 

Was the payment definitely taken? If so, please check your payment method to confirm whether it was debited.

Otherwise, I'd appreciate any additional info you can share on what's happened.
