Are you referring to the total within a given month? Or the total you've ever used? You can find your total for each month on each bill, which can be accessed on the Three App. I don't believe that the support team have the option of confirming how much total data has been used in the life of the contract. For that, you would likely have to add up the totals from each of your monthly bills to get a figure for the entire duration of the contract. If your plan is over year old, you will need to speak to the Support Team in order to gain access to bills that are over 1 year old.
