I filled in the forms and gave pac code, transferring my giffgaff number to three, I got a text to confirm it will happen today but it's gotten to 6pm and still nothing and it said it would be done within 24 hours...why is it taking so long???

That's strange, normally once you get the text message confirming, that's it set in motion. When did you complete the PAC form?
