So frustrated and angry been with three for 15 years never had an issue with them till now. Upgraded by live chat signed all the contracts was accepted on credit check. Then had a call from three where I couldn’t answer as was driving tried calling them back but automated message said they would call me back.
waited then next day was told my order had been cancelled because I didn’t answer the original call I was told they couldn’t do anything. I then said that they only called me the once surely they should have called me twice. Today I upgraded again but this time it was declined so angry will not be using three again. Loyalty for 15 years yet you get nothing for it.
