I didn't join Three to be part of Vodafone. Probably I can cancel my contract early without penalty?

Given this merger, will ThreeUK customers be allowed to terminate their contracts early and without penalty if they decide to leave ThreeUK?

As both companies are still very much separate, there's no information available for that specific request. I'd recommend simply proceeding as normal as nothing has changed for now.
Pete.

I have 3 + Voda PAYG sims; pretty confident will prove expensive for 3 customers; 3 PAYG is currently 35p a minute- Voda is a shocking £1pm!! Am certain 3 will be moving in same direction.

Hi @Childsplay56,
The merger between Three UK and Vodafone UK has been approved subject to certain conditions but for now we remain 2 separate companies. There are no changes to your terms and conditions or the way you contact us.
If you want more information, please visit: www.three.co.uk/merger
Thanks,
Jonathan

Thank you for your reply. Given Vodafone's historic shady tax dealings I really don't want to be part of any company associated with them. I will not be renewing my contract on expiration. A small token gesture perhaps but it will please me.
