Why do we need to call customer services to activate/deactivate voicemail?. Every other network I know has a self-service option. Why not Three ?

It's really poor, isn't it.
No missed call alerts or visual voicemail either.

No idea why but this is 3 after all and we just have to get used to their oddities. Turning off the content filter is an equally annoying faff.
