I’m using third party app to make calls to abroad and I noticed when I’m connected with three mobile data then voip call is not getting connected so either I need to use VPN or I need to use second SIM’s mobile data.
Is this known issue?

No I haven’t checked that. I have an ip camera at home to watch my dog and have to use 3internet to connect to it as three.co.uk doesn’t work.

Try "three.co.uk" and "3internet" in the APN field in settings to check if you get differing results. 3internet is intended for Broadband, but I've seen a couple of situations where it worked better for certain types of applications on phones.
