As stated in the title I received the 5g hub today and we tried it all over the house and the connection to the network is really bad, it’s not the Wi-Fi that’s the problem it appears to be an inconsistent connection to the Three network. If we run a speed test the download speeds can be anything from less than 1mbp to over 300mbp but the ping can be over 2000. I can’t find a suitable place for the hub that works, at the minute to get it to connect its in the loft at the highest point of the house. If anyone has any ideas that may help before we send it back and cancel the contract that would be great. The connection status shows 4 bars for LTE and 3 bars for 5g with an rssi of -99. Many thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'm not sure if you saw my reply on the other thread you posted on? I sent you a private message to direct you to some more help with this.
Thanks,

Switch you router off/on and if you still have issues check the Network status checker
