Hello my dad has a contract SIM and a Google pixel phone and has not been able to use his mobile data. He can see 5G and 4G with the sister company and the R signal and everything. But when we search the internet provider use data it doesn't work.
This has always been the case when travelling to different locations. Portugal or Spain or Greece.
I've since tried his SIM in my phone and same thing happens. What do I need to activate for the 12gb.

It sounds like the issue may be that either Roaming isn't active on the account, or perhaps there's a spend limit of £0 set on the account, preventing the daily roaming charge from triggering. Have you been in touch with customer services to check this out?
