WiFi calling not working

Pixel 10 pro XL, three network quite patchy near me sometimes so I depend on WiFi calling. People calling me nearly always can't get through and I can't call out to call them back either. I see it is a common thing on the forum, but it always for iPhones rather than pixels.

Have tried turning off data, restarting, checking for updates etc, nothing has helped.

Have you always had this issue with this specific phone, or did Wi-Fi calling work previously with your Three SIM?
