I have an iPhone 13 Pro. I do not get mobile network connection in my home and rely on wifi calling.
I use BT broadband. I have a wireless router.
I have had the same setup for two years and had no problems until now.
Since this morning, I have been unable to make any wifi calls. I can still use facetime, iMessage, safari and social media apps. It is only wifi calling that is not working.
I have checked all settings are enabled for wifi calling on my phone, I have tried toggling wifi off/on I have also toggled mobile data & airplane mode off/on. I have tried turning my phone off/on. I have reset network settings and disconnected/reconnected to my wireless router. I have also checked my router speeds which are normal - as I’ve mentioned above I have still been able to use the internet as normal on my phone. I have also walked away from my house to attempt making a call using only mobile network and it works.
Despite this, wifi calling is still not working. I cannot receive or make any phone calls.
I work once a week on call - I need to resolve this ASAP.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
EDIT - to add, my partner is on EE network, also does not get mobile network signal in our home but has no issue with making wifi calls so I do not believe it is any issue with our internet connection.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your patience whilst we've been working on sorting this issue out. We started rolling out a fix yesterday evening, and it should have landed with you all by this morning.
If you've not picked up the 64.2 carrier update automatically, try checking in your Settings, General, About and you can also manually check for the update. Please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues with your Wi-Fi calling.
I appreciate everyone's feedback around this issue. I'll be sharing this to the relevant teams.
Thanks,
Jonathan

I have had the same issue ever since i received my phone - i spoke to 3 customer support and they told me it was the wifi calling that was stopping me from being able to make or receive calls - i dont get any signal at home, i beginning to get totally P&%£ed off with it. I moved to three as they have a 'mega' network, O2 was better and there coverage was crap!
I have tried checking for the carrier update - its on 68, i have tried putting it on airplane mode, ive tried data roaming off, please someone give me a fix before i throw it out the window

Hi - I also have this issue and have had it the whole time I've had my physical 3 sim card (on two different phones). I am currently using an iPhone 17 iOS 26.2 and it says the service provider is Three 67.0. I live in university accommodation so I am primarily on eduroam wifi/ do not have access to any routers.
WiFi call will appear on the top left of my phone but no calls will ever ring through (I just get the text that I have missed a call a few minutes later) and any call I try to make will fail. This is causing me a good deal of grief now that I have to answer calls regularly by standing outside in the cold!
I have tried turing wifi calling on/off and data roaming on/off multiple times.

I’m almost sure that you can’t get WiFi calling using edu roam. I have a friends son at uni and to connect anything other than his laptop for study purposes requires him to log on to the university WiFi (Uniofcam-iot. If your university has its own WiFi network it might be worth your while exploring options. Also does your phone allow you to use WiFi calling on other public networks? IE hotspots/supermarkets pubs etc? If it works in those locations I’m probably correct about edu roam.

I made an official complaint to Three about this the other day so they finally called me, I was told turn off mobile data ( roaming ) and try and if that didn't work, which it didn't, then to turn phone off and on again and this time it worked, so its not really a complete fix as its a Three technical issue which they claim they are trying to resolve, you just have to turn data roaming back on when you leave your place and out of wifi range.

I’ve done that a million times but nothing. Three says there is a technical problem that they still haven’t resolved in interacting with Community Fiber broadband.

Hi everyone,
We're seeing quite a few ongoing replies to this topic, but so far as we determined, unless @GHunt92 clarifies differently this was in regards to an issue which was resolved in June with an iPhone carrier update.
I've seen a few posts referring to Community Fibre, if they're your ISP, I'd recommend posting on @Musgrave's recent topic here: https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/WiFi-calling-not-working/td-p/62263
If you have a Wi-Fi calling issue with a different ISP, consider creating a new topic, or looking for more recent topics that match the description. I'd recommend including info like what model of device you're using, what ISP(s) you've tested, and any other troubleshooting you've tried, and errors you're seeing.
Thanks,
Jonathan

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max which I bought directly from Apple so its not connected to Three, could that be an issue?

No! That makes absolutely no difference.

Same issue 15/09/2025 so still not fixed!
