keep getting connection issues with steam and also joining games then getting a 403 error being blocked from accessing, ive tried UPNP and also changing  apn settings, but dont know what else im pretty sure the firmware is factory, as for apn i changed the apn in cellular apn settings and the upnp in normal upnp settings but nothing else

and its also completely different to the posts that are on the community pages here.

having same issues -- the APN swap doesn't seem to work for me either. If I reset the router it'll connect to steam briefly but sometimes wont allow updates! Signal all ok just the software doesn't seem to want to play nice

Hi @DriftDonkey,

Which APN changes did you try? There's 2 common things which community members have reported. Switching to APN "three.co.uk" this can help with some connectivity issues, but it's an APN for mobiles rather than Broadband, so may cause some other issues.

There's also switching to IPv4 only on the 3internet APN which tends to be a more stable fix if running into connection errors. You'll find a bit more info about that here FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection

Thanks,
Jonathan

Put your postcode in the Network Status Checker to see if there is any issues affecting your area. Call tech support on 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again. They should be able to give you more info.

im also wondering if an antenna for the router would benefit the signal strength or only the devices connected to the actual router, not the coverage area of the isp

yeah honestly everything is fine apart from the bandwith at later times at night, super inconvenient because im not using it at the times where its a breeze, keep getting HT_AP0 in a list of different numbers not sure if its related to the router or anything but says its open and whoever operates it can see the connection info of the devices
