I'm sorry this post seems to have slipped by us at the time. Was this a temporary issue, or have you still been experiencing any issues with your connection?
In the first instance of connection problems, we'd recommend to have a look at our Network Status, this should help indicate if an issue is a known problem in the area that we're working on.
