no mobile internet, loss of credit

I'm a Pay as you go customer Last Friday lost internet connection now I can only get the 3 network home page and all my credit has disappeared..what's going on I'm a jobseeker and I can't access my emails what the he'll is going on !

Whether this is connected to the network issue that occurred on Friday or not I don’t know but this is a customer forum where we can’t access your accounts.I would strongly suggest that you contact customer service asap. Your only option is via live chat on the Three website.
