porting hassle

I requested to port my three personal number to the three business account since July. I contcated the three team and they were very helpful and I got a business account with a temporary business phone number. they assured me that everythign will be done within 30 days. 

I received an email beginning of August informing that the PAC code has expired and I need to request a new one. 

In the meantine directd ebits are being taken BOTH from my personal bank account as well as from my buisness bank account for a servcie that has been provided. 

They asked that I contact the personal 3 team to request a new PAC because without that they can't do anything. I contacted the personal team and they seemed not to know what needs to eb done. i had toe xplain over and over again what is required. Unfortunately for me they couldn't do anything on friday as there was a maintenance scheduled during that period. I contacted them again today Monday 07/08 to ask the same thing again. 

My cancellation notice is 30 days which I was ithin when I contacted the business team on the 4th of August. When I asked to cancel the business contract I wa sinformed that there's a cancellation fee of  circa £400!! 

I am very concerned that this is a scam to keep taking money out of mya ccount before they can do the porting. I have requested a PAC again today and it has been very painful to keep askign and explainign the same thing to the different teams. 

I kindly ask that this issue be sorted asap and that my number is transferred asap. I am not impressed by the service provided as the different teams don't know what is required other than their scripted answers

l tried chat agian this morning and calling three and they are having issues with their system. This is the message I recived on chat:

Error connecting to our phone number verification server. Type 'chat" to try again.

 

Is there anyone here who can help resolve this issue?
