Hello, why did my network connection go out? I can't make calls or receive SMS. I've been in Turkey for a long time, but I only made a deposit last week.

Roaming agreements tends to have special terms, for example the EU Roaming Regulation has the following:

Maximum Stay: Most mobile networks allow you to roam in the EU for up to 63 days within a 4-month period without additional charges. If you exceed this duration, your roaming may be switched off, and you will incur charges.

Could you have reached your maximum stay for Turkey?
