Hi @Paul5,

Is it possible you have any unused PAYG numbers registered with the same email? That sounds like the most likely explanation if your main number is in use.

Please ensure that when you are making an occasional call that this is a chargeable one, so calling a freephone, or ringing out once and disconnecting may not be counted as there wouldn't be any credit or data pack usage in that situation.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello, Paul.

That's strange, as the message would typically only come out to users who haven't triggered a chargeable event in the last 180 days. Keep in mind a chargeable event is any usage that would normally cost money or come out of an existing allowance. This doesn't include calling Three numbers, for example 333 or 444. Toping up the account with credit would also count as a chargeable event.

If you're still sure you've done one or more of these things, it would be best contact the Support Team to highlight to them what the event was and when, so they can double check it for you.

Pete.
