Hi looking to manually pay my final bill as I want to change bank accounts dd is due on the 21st and I can’t find a way to just do a card payment to pay this system won’t let me change payment method and I am lost on where to go next?

We have a page on Other Ways To Pay which will give you instructions on how to pay your bill via bank account. Are you looking to cancel your account or are you wanting to change the date of your direct debit?
