Hallo
I am unable to register on the 3+app. keep getting a message "Sorry something has gone wrong". I have contacted the assistant but no help at all. I have removed the app and reinstalled it and restarted the phone. I can use the ordinary 3 app. My phone is Samsung x-cover 5.
Can anyone help please?

Have you been with Three previously using the same phone number and left and now come back by any chance using the same phone number?
