Hi there.
Pay as you go user here.
For more than 2 weeks i am not able to access my account. I can login but I cannot see any details of my account.
Instead I receive an error “There's an error
We're fixing it. Please try again soon.
Error Code: 500”
I have tried from both ios and android, thru three app, multiple browsers, incognito mode and the same thing happens in all situations.
I even contacted the live support agents, and for almost 1 hour keep trying without success. They have tried to create me a new account, i create a new email address, but when I m tring to create new account with new email it s said that the email cannot be used (keep in mind is new email not used ever).
I’m currently overseas, unable to contact any store.
Any ideas please?

Thanks for the awesome reply.
I spoke with the support and they are not able to help me. They put me thru different departments without any succes.
Anyway since the last 2 updates now I’m able to access the application but still no possible to make any other things like top-up, data packs etc.

So, I open the Three App > Enter the account phone number > Enter > Than the main page appear. After if I like to go for example buy top up some moving blue small circle appear and after finish loading this page it shows me “

Are you still experiencing these errors? A new app update was released on the 30th of January, please let us know if this persists on the new version?
