Account charged for both 'H3G' AND 'H3G P' each month yet I only have one device, a phone? Any ideas why?

Hi @Clary,

If you have your phone on a Three Your Way Device Finance agreement, you'll have two payments. One is the airtime payment, this covers your monthly plan and usage of the network. The other would be your loan payment for the phone itself.
