I don’t have paramount add on I have had several conversations with 3 mobile I was also charged after the free period so why am I getting texts and emails of the price increase!?

The texts would be provided to you in case your subscription was still active. If you don't have an active add on for it, or if you had it as part of your plan but no longer have it, you may still be getting charged by Paramount+ if the subscription is still active with them.
If you are being charged by them, I'd recommend trying to log into your Paramount+ and stopping the service from there.

I have had several phone conversations with 3 over paramount I can’t see why 3 didn’t just update their system on my account I cancelled paramount within the free period

Hey there.
On the 19th of November 2024, we sent an SMS to our existing customers who already pay for a Paramount+ Add-on, or already have a free trial of Paramount+ included as part of their Tiered Tariff to give them 30 days’ notice of the price change.
You can cancel your Paramount+ subscription at any time through the Three app. You will have access to Paramount+ until the end of your current billing cycle.
When did you request to cancel your Paramount+ subscription? Are you still within the current billing cycle? When you've spoke with the team, what have they advised?

I wasn’t paying for paramount it was Free !
