ivd been trying to buy an add on for days. Won’t even give me the option on app. When I try on website - It says order complete but then data doesn’t appear. I’ve cancelled and tried many time.
tried to call - can’t get through to anyone. Tried live chat - it won’t connect.
How do I get help with this?!
