So three is not letting me log into my app for some odd reason, been happening for a while. I contacted customer service through live chat but they ended the conversation before any solution was offered and the three phone call is useless as it’s automated so you can’t express any concerns and they robot just cuts the phone on you too. I have been trying to change my direct debit for the 1st of every month but no one is allowing or helping me to change it. Im absolutely frustrated

That's really unusual.
Just to confirm, have you tried to re-register for My3? After some changes to our systems, it required customers to re-register but using the same details as were originally used.
If you can confirm this for me we can look into getting this sorted for you.

Yes I’ve tried to re-register and it still says the same thing with the same message. I’m actually concerned

Have you tried to login online? Go to the main screen on the community and click on the big 3 and try to login from there.
