Auto renew add on

I purchased a pay as you go sim for £10. Then purchased an add on of an auto renew data pack using a credit top up. The add on expired 4 October I then topped up my account with another £10 does my add on auto renew for another month or do I need to add the pack again

When you buy an auto renew addon, the system asks what the recurring payment method should be. If you choose to have it come from your credit balance, you'll need to make sure there's enough credit on your SIM to cover the cost of the add on. If you choose to have it bill you by direct debit, you don't need to put any credit onto the account, as the system will bill you and add the add on automatically when the time is right.
