my bill was due on 12 /3/25.monthly

When I looked on my 3 app it states it was overdue so I have paid it today.

I thought the monthly payment by direct debit comes out automatically just confused.

Hello, Charlene. 

You are correct, the direct debit is supposed to be automatically collected. It might be worth checking your bank account and the My3 account to see if the direct debit is still active on both of those systems. 

If it is, I'd recommend speaking to the Support Team in order to check why the direct debit was not collected as expected.
