I've been getting 10BG bonus data with my autorenew of £10 prepay data pack for 10GB every month since Summer 2023. Suddenly this stopped working. I tried to call customer service and they said a text had been sent to all customers who were using this saying it was being canceled and why, but that I had not been sent the communication. They said that they also could not share with me the content of the notification. Has anyone got this notification? Can you post what it said? Thanks.
