Sick to death of seeing amazing adverts about three network being the best. When I have had several network outages and horrendous time with them. Even there so called support well being's service shut my case whilst being in hospital
Frightened today may of been my last! Had I not got the medication in me in time.
Something seriously needs to be investigated as clearly I can not be the only life dependency disabled person who relies on there phone for urgent medical attention!

I hope customers will be compensated for this. This has happened before in January.
I’ve not been able to make appointments and missed them.

I am a delivery courier and rely on my mobile data package to complete deliveries via food delivery apps, i need data to recieve and complete my deliveries. since 12pm today my network has been unavailable, because of this I had to miss my deliveries. i had no data, calls or texts. although since about half an hour ago everything is working since around 6.30pm.

I know every network has the occasional issue but this is ridiculous, complete dead zone of customer communication
I have multiple business phones and have to send engineers home with pay as customers could not contact us
i cannot run a business like this so I hope you are going to release us from our contracts
is it even going to be up by tomorrow morning? Some communication would be nice or do you think we are too intellectually challenged to understand

Been without voice and texts all day - incredibly frustrating (both myself and my son must be in the "small" number of affected users).
As many others have asked, what are Three's plans for reparation due to the inconvenience this is causing?
