We’re aware some customers are experiencing issues with calls at the moment. Our team are working hard to get things resolved as soon as possible. We’re sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.

Hi everyone,

Latest update: We’re continuing to investigate an issue affecting voice services on our network. Data services remain unaffected, so customers can make calls using third-party messaging apps. A small number of text messages are also impacted. We understand how frustrating this is and are so sorry if you've been impacted.

Are you seriously suggesting the third-party apps can replace calls to actual mobiles/landlines? They can't, I can't contact the hospital that way. This is stupid advice.

If we've been impacted? Yes, we have. Please read comments below. You've lost a lot of customers already because they need their phones to make and accept calls. It's obvious you don't care about customers at all. You'll care when they leave.....

Why did you have to join Vodafone there network is so poor so angry that my phone has not worked for 9 hours today maybe more now

ALL day and still now not able to make or receive calls..... no update of when it will be fixed either. Already missed rely important call from Drs for my Autistic son - we are both with 3 so totally stuck unable to call anyone ALL day?....

Earlier today, because of the ongoing outage in Birmingham, I missed a taxi that was meant to take me to a job interview. I couldn’t contact the driver. I couldn’t call or message the company to let them know I was delayed. That interview was a major opportunity for me—and now it’s gone. They won’t reschedule.

 

But it doesn’t stop there. I also run a small business that relies on customer calls and communication. For every hour your network is down, I’m losing money. Clients can’t reach me, I can’t make bookings, I can’t even confirm orders. You’re not just disrupting my day—you’re putting everything I’ve worked hard to build at risk.

 

I trusted Three to provide a reliable service, not to be the reason I fall behind in life. And all I’ve seen so far is silence, vague updates, and a complete lack of accountability.

 

So let me be very clear:

– I’ve missed a life-changing opportunity

– I’m losing income every minute this network stays down

– My business is now in jeopardy because I can’t communicate with my own customers

 

This isn’t about “technical difficulties” anymore. It’s about people. Livelihoods. Futures.

 

I want to know what Three is going to do to make this right—for me and for everyone else who’s paying the price while you play catch-up.

So when will the network be fixed? And will there be a refund to cover lack of service and all inconviniences caused? Thanks

I am really not happy now I have had to ask my mum to call up my doctors to book an emergency appointment which I needed this morning but have wait till tomorrow. My boyfriend called my phone and it rings and he left a voicemail so no call showed and no voicemail are being left I also am waiting for hospital to call me and they can’t will be interesting to see if my boyfriend‘s voicemail will be on my phone when ever this gets fixed if it’s not fixed by Friday I will be leaving 3 we should so get compensated for this it’s taking you all of today and it’s still not working

Any idea when the network will be up and running  I have been trying to purchase a house and I can’t get anything, can’t make or receive calls. Nothing works 

its beyond a joke and quite frankly embarrassing 

I take it there will be a refund being applied to next months bill
