Can't call out for 2 weeks

Hello 3 I have not been able to make calls for two weeks now, but I can only receive calls but can't call out

Do you owe money? What message do you get when you attempt to make a call? Payg or contract ? Why haven’t you contacted customer service (if only from another phone)?
