Can't call, text or use data allowance from my add-on

I purchased the 3month all inclusive add on for £90  on the 2nd of Nov and its now currently showing as having no credit/data

Same. Did a £35 one a few days ago and it's vanished after re-registering.

Just spoken to someone else that's got the same issue. They really have screwed this server migration up.
