Keep getting an error message when trying to log on anyone else noticed an issue

Hi @ARN,
Three Community uses the same login as My3, so if it's the same account you used to post here then you'd normally be able to sign in to your Three account too. Can you let me know more about the error message and where you're seeing this?
For example are you logging in from a browser, or the Three App? And just to check, we're talking about your Three account to see bills etc, as opposed to the Three+ rewards account?
