Can't register for 3 app

Backstory: I got a text from 3 to say my direct debit hadn't gone through and to contact them or check my account. It has not been changed/amended in years so no reason for this and so I called my bank to say 3 haven't requested it (issue 1 but not the one this post relates to).

I've tried to login to the 3 app to check my billing details/date but it says I need to re-register due to it being updated. I've used the register button and used my email address number etc but it says something about my details and problem with registration. I also tried the forgot password option with the email address ( the one I originally used for the app) but I didn't get the reset password emails either.

Hoping you can assist with both issues but even if I can just get the app working I can check my billing details. Thanks

Seems to me that anything that anyone tries to do with them is near on impossible and have you tried getting them on the phone????? It's impossible too.  After jumping through a dozen options you still can't speak to anyone. On line chat - two hours of pure nonsense with no results. Wish I hadn't taken a second contract with them now! 😞

Also having the same issue, telling me to check my details an if they are correct then to get in contact! Can someone give me an eyesight to the issue please

I recently joined three with two sim only pay monthly accounts (for myself and wife). Can't register. The error message I get is "Please check the details you entered are correct. If you still encounter an issue, please contact us". There is not even a link to contact a number or anything. I tried calling 333 yesterday and that fialed as the automated system doesn't get you to an agent. The Chat service said there are no agents available and offered me to Close the chat window. Is this how Three is run? To not offer help to customers who need it?

This problem was resolved by calling 333 and selecting to cancel your contract. That option puts you straight to a human being to whom you can explain  and show that you are willing to cancel your contract. Then they will help you. In my case I was within my 14 days of starting the contract so I was within my rights (UK) to cancel without any further charges. Hope this helps.

Hi, new three customer here, when trying to register I'm getting the same errors, this is on the app and via Web browser. Any help appreciated.

I can’t register either to the app, only just joined three a week ago and tried every day, no emails are coming through and none of the three phone numbers I have with there are letting me register, just keep going to a blank screen after entering email and passwords
