I can't turn off my adult filter because the local 3 store won't accept my ID and I don't own or want a credit card.
Why isn't there just a button for it? Like, y'know, every other broadband provider?
I completed the credit-check to GET the broadband, and now I need to do another one WITH a credit card to turn the adult filter off??
How can I solve this?

Hi, your correct it is a phaff. However not sure that it's entirely 3's fault as I think OFCOM have a hand in this.

I've asked today for it to be removed. Firstly they told me to restart phone, which i did. Received a text to say its been removed but its still showing on my plan details and won't let me access anything over 18. Phoned again and was told 24 hours. I've seen updates on here that people have been told the system is broken and they can't removed filter. If this is the case, i may look at legally leaving early due to breach of contract. Let's hope it works tomorrow
