Hi,
I recently got a new debit card and my Three service has gone out (I assume because payment failed). When I go to try and change my payment method on the Three app or online it wants me to create an account but it requires a verification code sent to my number which I don't receive because I have no service. Therefore I can't create an account to change my payment method and get my service back.
Is there any way around this?

Hi there, unfortunately 3s network seems to be down for a large number of people so your lack of service may not be related to your payment issues, if I were you I'd try again tomorrow and try contacting 3 through their live chat
