Data pack active but no allowance

I baught a sim card with preloaded datapack . But when i try to make calls or use mobile data says no allowance . Now on my three account it says in add ons there is an active datapack wont even let me buy another.(not that i want to ) .Cust service ...

Bill tripled overnight

My wife’s 3 bill tripled overnight without even her input. They sent her some messages she didn’t see to confirm increased usages but it was not something she asked for or something she used. Has this happened to anyone else?
