Cancelling is A NIGHTMARE

How are you able to cancel?

I am out of contract and my letters are ignored. The live chat is absolute joke, as soon as I say I want to cancel there are no advisors available!

I’ve put a complaint in - also ignored - all while my arrears grow. I am at a loss - please help!
