I have 3 pay as you go on an iPad running on its latest iOS 12.5.6. The 3 website offers to download the last compatible version of the app, but when I click on yes to download it just reverts to the same message.

Hey @Chico,
Sorry to hear that you're running into these difficulties. It might be worth going to Settings>Safari>Clear History & Website Data in case you're not connecting to an up to date version of the Three website.
The App should also be available on the App store. If you're still having trouble with this can you share the weblink for the page you're having trouble with?
